BVI Finance convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a central focus on the election of members to its Board of Directors on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026.
Newly elected directors Amy Roost, Managing Director of Client Services at Harneys Fiduciary, and Thami Majozi, Operations Manager at Exness (BVI), bring valuable industry insight and international experience to the Board, for a term of two years.
They join re-elected directors Chris Newton, Managing Partner at Maples Group (BVI); Christopher Simpson, Partner at O'Neal Webster; and Iona Wright, Partner at Walkers (BVI).
Continuing the second half of their two-year terms are George Weston, Partner at Harneys (BVI); Sabinah Clement, Head of International Finance Centres, Global Incorporation at VISTRA; Fanny Evans, Partner at Morgan and Morgan and Kayla Laidlaw, Tax Director at Deloitte (BVI). Appointed by the Government of the Virgin Islands are Jeremiah Frett, Financial Secretary and Ayana Glasgow, Director of Financial Services.
BVI Finance comprises over 100 member firms representing a broad cross-section of the financial services industry. Each year, members elect directors, who in turn select the Chair.
BVI Finance congratulates the newly elected and re-elected directors and looks forward to their continued leadership in guiding the organisation and supporting the BVI’s ongoing growth and global competitiveness.
