Ogier has expanded its BVI offering and now offers company management services in addition to its full service legal offering.

The new business, Ogier Global, enables Ogier to offer integrated legal and corporate administration services under one roof.

Ogier Global is being led by Monique Adams as Managing Director of the BVI business. She is joined by Senior Officer, Toshra Glasgow, and Compliance Officer T'sa James-Hodge.

The head of Ogier's BVI office, Ray Wearmouth, said, "We are very pleased to be able to expand our BVI and global offering in this way and welcoming a very experienced and strong team to the wider office is very timely given the high levels of client demand in this space."

Adams noted "The team is delighted to be on-board and we have already had a very busy start. Ogier's global footprint fits perfectly with the BVI's international reach and a combined offering continues to be very compelling for most clients."
