The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC) has commenced implementation of its e-litigation portal for all the Courts in the jurisdiction.
A comprehensive demonstration of the e-litigation portal will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, 15 December 2017 at the Registry of the High Court. The demonstration will be hosted by Her Ladyship the Honourable Dame Janice M. Pereira, DBE, consultants from CrimsonLogic and staff from ESCS’s IT Department through Zoom Cloud Conferencing for participants in the BVI.
The presentation will address aspects of the portal including: Judges’ access, Attorneys’ access; Electronic Filing processes; Electronic Notification; Electronic Payments; Electronic Docket (Cause List) preparation; Resolution of Attorney scheduling conflicts; Electronic Case Management; Workflow and Rules Management; Creation of Trial Bundles; and Case Reporting and Analysis.
