NEW MEMBERS OF THE BVI FINANCE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTED

BVI Finance is pleased to announce its newly elected board following its Annual General Meeting held on February 15, 2023.
Elected for a two-year term 2023 to 2024 are returning board directors Sabinah Clement of Intertrust Group; Johnny Law of Interpath; Simon Filmer of Vistra; and George Weston of Harneys. Kayla Laidlaw of Deloitte Ltd is a new director on the board also elected for a two-year term. She is a Director in Tax Advisory Practice of Deloitte.
Elected for a one-year term in 2023 are returning directors, Nicholas Bishop of Trident Trust; Russell Crumpler of Teneo; and Lorna Smith, OBE of LGS & Associates; and newly elected Jonathan Bailey of Rawlinson & Hunter.
These board members are joined by appointed government representatives, Permanent Secretary of Premier’s Office, Carolyn Stoutt-Igwe and Financial Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Jeremiah Frett.
The newly appointed board will play a crucial role in shaping the future of BVI Finance and the development of the financial services industry.
